A human resources (HR) recruiter is a certified professional who is a part of the human resources department. They are tasked specifically with finding suitable candidates to fill positions within an organisation.

HR Recruiter Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent record keeping.
